Returns Policy

We follow at HT Medical Company a return policy that allows the customer to return the product within 14 working days. The money is refunded when the product arrives at HT Company and is inspected by the quality team to ensure that the product is in its original condition as it left the factory. The amount is immediately transferred to the customer. Also, the customer can exchange the product if he has any technical comments against manufacturing defects about the product he received. He has the right to exchange the product without bearing any additional costs.
